2014年凯宾斯基管理的时候来过，印象非常好，但这次来确实不得不说酒店有明显退步，硬件设施老化和缺乏维护保养的情况比较多，房间墙纸脱落、异味很重、公共区域地毯肮脏、游泳池水质污染、衣柜损坏，不知道是投入不足还是管理不到位。但前台服务很好，我们希望调换大床为双床房，积极热情帮助调整，早餐好吃、齐全，特别表扬早餐厅门口的儿童乐园，孩子们好喜欢！总的来说还是满意的，性价比不错。

酒店位置较好，建设也很漂亮，就是屋里的设施没有那么先进，墙皮都起来了，这么好的位置外面也那么漂亮，屋里配套设施应该再完善一点
