上次入住时还是凯宾斯基那时比现在感觉好，设施很新，服务员态度友善，这次入住感觉很不好，墙纸斑驳，沙发破损，房间难闻。服务更是一言难尽，前台电话很难接通，游泳池只能两人使用，带孩子大人就别进了，想看看孩子游泳也不能进去，而且态度很不友善，一副命令的语气让人很不爽，想着是来度假的不想为这生气，总之酒店不是以前的样子了，应该不会有下次了
