很满意的一次入住，由于到店时间较晚，但是前台的服务一扫旅途的阴霾。表扬下前台的值班栗经理，很热情，还有前台的小肖，两位很健谈，介绍了很多西安的旅游景点和路线。房间还帮我做了免费升级，可以看到灞河。美丽的风景，贴心的服务，为我的旅途抹上了一道靓丽的色彩。有机会，还会再来。

酒店位置有点略偏，但是进入酒店大堂古风古色的装饰让人挪不开眼。前台美女seven肖，Alina栗服务热情周到。耐心的讲解酒店的设施设备，为他们的贴心服务点个赞，特别好的酒店，下次还会入住。

喜欢酒店的环境，绿化做的很好，很安静。刚来酒店时，还以为司机师傅把我们带错了地方，送到了公园。前台的服务也很到位，有个穿红衣服的女孩，应该叫seven，细节做的很好，很聊得来。还帮忙叫礼宾部的小张帮我们拿行李，带我们去房间。泳池人比较少，水质也不错👍👍。早餐感觉还可以，就是用餐人比较多。总之，比较满意，下次还会来

位置偏远，适合周边出差. 早餐不错. 泳池水温还可以.
服务较差：前台服务态度一般，入住与退房态度冷淡，毫无热情可言 等待时间较长 （不知道前面那些指名道姓夸奖某些前台的顾客 你们这么刷评价 良心不会痛么） 退房时间是他们规定为12点，前台斩钉截铁不允许延迟退房. 房间灰味比较大，床头没有充电插头 非常不方便.
整体三颗星吧，性价比较低，不推荐入住.
