中肯的提出点建议，希望能采纳。去年第一次来住，走进房间很失望，不论是大堂和房间的装修，都感觉达不到五星酒店那种富丽堂皇的水平。这次去西安，看到携程评分很高，就又预定了一次，热情的值班经理还帮我免费升级了套房，很感动。但进入房间以后还是感觉老样子，硬件设施华而不实，用料都是那种很普通的，水龙头设计很不合理，洗脸会碰到头。早餐厅也是非常小，没什么可吃的。最反感的是酒店大堂的迎宾，应该是类似于万达旗下酒店的万达天使吧，感觉有点东施效颦的感觉，人家万达天使展现的是一种高贵典雅的形象，衬托出酒店的豪华感和品味。而贵酒店的新宾，逢人一个弯腰鞠躬，让人很不自然，双方都很尴尬，感觉脚踏人家尊严的感觉，害得我进出都是绕在迎宾身后走过去的，况且迎宾本身也感觉很机械，很不自然，鞠躬也不真诚，似笑非笑的感觉，真心希望酒店把这个取消了。当然，整体的服务态度还是很好的，值得点赞，败就败在了硬件设施上。
