强烈推荐！比较新的酒店！设施先进！服务满分！房间大而齐全！出门五分钟就到体育场地铁站！四楼中餐厅的粤菜还算正宗！总之酒店遇到的任何一个工作人员都非常有礼貌！真的推荐来西安玩的入住，会满意的！

中国五星酒店的服务优于全球大部分国家，而爵乐府的服务优于国内绝大部分五星酒店。五星酒店的硬件水平基本类似，能比较的就是服务。希望爵乐府继续保持，而其它五星酒店能去学习跟进。爵乐府-西安的不二之选！

完美的酒店！看过评价的都知道，没有说不好的。设施方面，比较少见的美式风格，温馨明亮。洗漱用品都比别的五星大一号，纸巾和牙刷的质量特别好。服务方面堪称完美，全程都有服务人员把你照顾得无微不至，你的要求一定满足，你没有提的，他都主动帮你做好。水果点心小玩偶天天送。所有部门配合默契，随处遇见你都会欠身微笑打招呼。总之说不尽的好！因为敏感体质房间稍有异味，主动升级了房型还拿来净化器。晚上回房觉得仍然有些异味，可能之前连续下雨。酒店客房总监和客户关系主管一同来慰问表示歉意，然后让我们住进了套房。其实我很明确的要求住回最普通的房型，只要没异味。但人家就是那么的热情，不停道歉，第二天还关心住得是否舒适。晚上送来煮的梨水和牛奶。总之一百个满意，也希望你们可以继续保持。你们把客人都宠坏了，以后入住其他酒店该怎么适应才好。
