酒店大厅服务态度佳，餐厅服务不好，尤其早上吃個肉夹馍半小时都没送，去拿态度还不好，实在不理解，酒店总体没有网上评价的那么贴心。

酒店位置佳，距小寨历史博物馆鼓钟楼北大街美食街都不远，离地铁站也很近，乘车特别方便。酒店新，服务到位，每天供应新鲜水果和小点心，员工们说话轻声细语，笑脸相迎，迎送往来满足客人的需求，是我们住过国内性价比超高的酒店之一。

订的普通大床房，房间比较小，940一晚上的房间和其他酒店相比确实是小了很多，不过一次性拖鞋不错，洗漱用品的味道挺好闻，早餐挺好，种类多，但热菜味道一般，保温措施做的不好，9点下去吃饭都变成凉菜了，服务很不错。

酒店的服务人员比较热情，体现了＂亲情一家人＂的理念，每天都会有免费水果，房间的水是免费畅饮（天太热了，很重要），健身房可以打乒乓球，住的挺满意的。
