这家五星我要好好点评一下：前台的服务员就感觉欠了她一百万似的，客人话还没说完，她就爱抢答。【我：艺龙写着可以下午3点退房。】【服务员：我们最多两点。】【我：今晚很迟才入住，可不可以延迟到下午3点？】【服务员：我们酒店不是要给客人住满24小时的酒店。】【半小时后经理电话：郑先生，我们考虑了你的情况，而且我们酒店近期也确实在做活动，可以延长你到3点退房。】结果第二天下午2点上楼还是房卡失效开不了门。【到前台，服务员一刷卡：先生，你已经超过2点退房时间了，我们要加收你半天房费】【我：昨晚你们经理不是说给我延迟到3点退房了吗】【服务员：那我问问】。一家五星酒店能服务到这地步还不倒闭也是很牛逼的，直接列你进2016最差酒店榜单，后会无期。
