我是泛太酒店合作商，但是这次的入住体验不得不吐槽厦门泛太的服务质量。预订高级大床房，入住后房间烟味极大，打电话给前台要求更换无烟房间，答复说没有无烟房了，要想无烟就要加钱升级豪华房，加钱后发现该豪华房房型和设施完全一致，转天与前台沟通确认最后入住房间是否为豪华房，前台服务员一回答是，因为房型大；前台服务员二回答是，因为风景不一样；前台服务员三回答是，尽管房型、风景是一样的，但是20层高于16层，所以是豪华房。随后喊来前台经理确认，他又把前述二人的理由重复了一遍，在我给予一一反驳后，最后的理由就是因为楼层高就是豪华房。请大家注意吧，预订时多留意，也请相关部门管理好房型定价。
