酒店规模还是比较大的，房间还算宽敞，我们住的这边阳光很足，晚上睡觉也很安静。说说问题吧。这个酒店我犹豫了很久才订的，因为携程评分很低。自己住了才知道存在问题。酒店感觉还没脱离国营企业的模式，管理不佳，关关系系，还一堆开后门的，这个总那个总的在前台要房要价，这都什么年代了，还明打明的开后门呀……第二，客房卫生方面有待提高，尤其是厕所，头发要清扫干净，皂盒要洗一洗，洗手台要擦干净，酒店卫生讲的就是细节，看看锦江，虽然门面不起眼，规模远不如这儿，但却是扬州最受欢迎的酒店之一，在卫生和服务上锦江比这儿好太多了。第三是餐饮，早餐品种少，量还少，面包蛋糕果汁一概没有，这就算了，我们9点不到一点下去吃的，豆浆牛奶粥都没了，让服务员加，服务员说没了！这么多年下来，根据客流量总该知道准备多少早餐吧……说到底还是欠缺管理。
