所谓的四星级宾馆就是:洗漱牙刷牙膏不放，矿泉水不放，洗澡的连接管四处漏水，洗漱池的冷水关掉，房间里面的电话也打不通，总之呢服务跟不上，太搞笑了。

过年出来有思想准备，但艺龙对这家酒店的评分为高档，真得质疑艺龙的评分标准了。酒店设施陈旧，进了房间发现热水壶坏的，想拨打总台，发现没有提示卡，电话上的所有快捷键都是空号。提供双早，八点去，餐厅要求对所有小孩子加收10元（酒店规定），一眼望去所有盘子都是空的，只有稀粥。联小孩子吃的白煮蛋都没有，问服务员永远是“问厨师”，难道要客人到后厨自己做吗？总体评价，三星都没有
