酒店很破旧，窗帘都是破的，电话总机都是无人接听的，问了才知道号码跟电话机上的浑身不搭。房间很脏，关键是这个天气，竟然不开空调。好像现在是变成会所了，所谓的扬州人家大酒店名不符实。

本来想选一个好点的高档点的酒店，毕竟带孩子出来玩，于是选了这个图片和价格看起来都可以的扬州人家，总体来看，性价比有点低。几点问题：一，所用图片不实，跟真实情况不符合；二，服务太差，刷牙的杯子少一个，打总台和客房电话好多遍，都没有人接电话；三，早餐质量太差，另外竟然连热水都没有，真的是第一次遇到这种情况；四，地下停车位漏水，满地都是，反应了情况说要处理，第二天走的时候还都是水。总体来说，真不怎么样！
