房间还可以，很安静，就是老店，进屋有股味，比较失望的是早餐，看点评有很多种，结果只有几样东西，味道还可以，总之没有看到的评价那么好。

酒店外表给人的印象豪华，房间整体大，整洁。去景点非常方便，近。但美中不足的是洗浴设施陈旧：洗浴的莲蓬头是坏的，房间电灯有一半是不亮的，电视机也没有频道。空调吹的是风：我们住一夜，正好天气冷了，没办法对付对付过了一夜。这个与四星酒店差了很远啊！

我都无法来评价这个酒店了。每个晚上的房价都400多元，可是房间里面什么东西都没有配，连一个茶包都没有配，太抠门了吧；房间里也打扫的不干净，窗框上都是灰尘，床头柜上也有灰尘。早餐也乏善可陈。唯一可值得称道的是晚上打包的食物，前台小妹帮助热了一下。总之这个酒店的各方面都不好

酒店服务很差，总台电话从无锡挂到入住都没通。每天也不送水，老板还说房费这么便宜还要送水，如果要送一瓶要5元钱。这种借口站得住脚吗？一些快捷酒店每晚房费也就几十元都会送一瓶水。早餐烂得不得了就炒一个青菜一个蛋两个小馒头加稀饭。餐厅工作人员不戴手套用手直接抓食物，白色工作服叫作N脏油加黑看了一点没食欲。不会再住这家了。
