五星级酒店服务很好，房间里备用物品很多，比较贴心，海景房可以直接看到日出，购物什么的也比较方便，唯一不足的是卫生间防滑垫比较老旧，建议更换或清洗

非常满意，酒店位置绝佳，设施老旧但保养也好，房间舒适干净，最重要是服务，无论是大堂、客房还是餐厅，服务人员都很热情周到，训练有素。几年来出游最好的服务感受。回访很温馨！

国庆旅游时入住的，很好的酒店，完全称得上五星的身份～酒店陈设虽然略显陈旧，但是服务绝对可以提高分数～入住了两天，第一天进门就收到了欢迎贴，还有欢迎水果～
第二天客房服务时随口说了下这里的茶叶很好喝，晚上居然收到一小包玫瑰花茶，并附有客房服务员手写的信，感觉好温馨好贴心啊～
下次去烟台旅游还会选择这里，并且会向朋友们推荐～
