第二次入住这家酒店 非常好 地理位置 出门就是海 房间很好 给送水果 什么都好 服务人员 孙秀梅 服务好 我晚上和朋友喝酒回来 孙秀梅还安排给我送蜂蜜水 退房的时候 帮我叫车 早餐丰富 没得说 以后来烟台 就住这里了

酒店的环境等等硬件已经没有理由挑剔，无论是位置，酒店的内部设施，服务人员的配备，都非常好；酒店最突出的是服务人员的热情和热心让人觉得温暖和感动，我的家人有一些不舒服，凡是看到了的服务人员都热心的嘘寒问暖，主动帮忙熬好了小米粥，送到房间，让人从心里感到温暖。住酒店，就意味着不在家乡，可是在这里，我感受到了在家乡的美好，借这个点评的机会，向这里所有帮助过我们的人说声：谢谢你们！

烟台是我们这次的大半个中国自驾行的最后一站，真没想到也是这行程中住的最舒适服务最好性价比最高的一家老牌五星级酒店，从门卫到门童，从前台到服务管家，有五星级酒店应有的水准。客房虽老但是非常干净整洁，细节部分做的很到位，早餐也很不错，中西都有，酒店身后就是烟台山公园和老街整体感觉都很搭。本来只打算住一天，果断又续房，总之好酒店就值得推荐。
