烟台山宾馆是我这些年到烟台住过的最舒适的酒店，走不远就有上好的海鲜馆子，酒店面朝大海，房间也很舒服，以后还会再住！

酒店位置很好，背靠烟台山风景区，面临海滨广场大道，很适合休闲度假。这次携夫人在酒店住了6天，特别印象深刻的是酒店员工的服务精神，酒店老板一定是位非常善待员工的人，才能让每位员工都一直保持如此积极的服务态度和恭谦、诚挚的待客心态。在此也谢谢徐百合等员工的周到服务，辛苦了！

酒店就在海边，酒店后就是烟台山公园，去第一海水浴场，鲸鲨馆都挺方便，环境很好。酒店工作人员态度极佳，进出都打招呼。到烟台第二天，女儿肠胃炎，酒店客房服务管家小丛帮找药，送粥，太感谢了。晚上另一位服务员又专门熬粥送来，真是太感谢了，可惜一时忘了问姓名。虽然遇上麻烦，但是宾馆的服务真是让人暖心。
