服务非常热情细致，早、晚餐丰盛可口。趋车十几小时，第二天早晨起来，看到停在院子里的车已经被人清洗的干干净净，尤其让人感动！

早餐挺丰盛，酒店位置很好，自助餐性价比很高，停车场住店客人免费，其实金海湾和烟台山宾馆是一家啦，刚进去的时候有点晕，哈哈，建议可以参考其他酒店搞个儿童乐园，小型的也行

位置很好，后面就是烟台山公园。酒店老了一点，浓浓的政府接待装修风格。服务很好，门前有人员帮助提行李什么的，加床服务也很热情到位。

早餐中式 比较符合我的胃口。豆腐脑 豆浆 粥 咸菜是我的最爱。小笼包很惊艳啊，超级好吃。我一个人能吃一笼。服务超级好，会主动给拿行李。但是没有儿童浴巾，儿童拖鞋，一般连锁五星级酒店都有的。酒店旁边的那个饭店很好吃，就是房间里面留言推荐的那家，海肠捞饭比旺角小渔村的好吃。离烟台山很近，也顺便去灯塔看了看，就是烟台山旁边总是堵车，这点不爽

服务五星，环境超棒，出门就是海边步行街。服务员贴心带路，介绍周边旅途，提醒可以约车，提醒是否叫醒，旁边有酒吧街。
