朋友到宜昌游玩，看了网上的评论，订了离家最近的酒店，前台服务非常好，房间设施齐全，主要是停车方便，朋友退房后将充电器掉房间了，感谢前台Amy第一时间打电话告之，并很细心的帮忙把充电器拿到前台，节省了很多时间，以后会再来入住

房间比想像中的要大，窗帘后面有个很大的台子，都能当床睡，房间卫生做得很干净，前台服务非常热情，退房后很快就收到退回的押金

订的高级大床房，房间不大，床是一米五的，胜在整面落地窗，光线很好，服务员很热情，入住后还送了酸奶，退房时将充电器掉房间了，感谢前台小姐姐在查房后的第一时间电话告之，幸好还没离开酒店，到房间取很方便

服务好，设施齐全，房间干净整洁无异味，到达酒店的时候比较晚了，客房服务员还帮忙做了夜床服务（进房间看到被子动了，拖鞋拆开了，淋浴室门口还垫着毛巾，吓到了，以为有人住了，问过前台才知道是夜床服务）;送了酸奶还手写了留言条，贴心的服务值得点赞，以后还来住
