房间很好，环境不错，卫生干净，没有噪音，住着舒服，热水很好，服务也很好，是一个高档宾馆，缺点是窗户高,小,打不开，我是四月四号入住，中央空调没有热风，宾馆离长江和三峡游客中心没有公交，步行到长江和三峡游客中心能有20分钟左右，总体来说宾馆还是不错的，我是给大家推荐的这个宾馆。

一家四口晚上十点多入住，刚洗完澡正在吹头发就短电了，空调电灯有电，就插座没电，打电话到前台说维修热水器一会儿就好，结果到第二天退房都没来电，头发湿的睡觉，手机充不了电，电视也看不了。说了让多拿一套洗漱用品也没拿，差评。
