跟喜欢这样意境的酒店，环境服务都不错，就是路不好走，山路崎岖的，再就是餐饮不行，这个酒店没有吃的要去旁边吃，餐费贵还很一般

回家的孩子坐落在山脚下，环境优美，空气非常清新，服务很热情，房内设施设备齐全，里面的管家老板都服务很好很好。有机会一定再来。

This was such a beautiful location and very near the ticket office. The hosts at the hotel were wonderful and very friendly, driving us in their limo to the ticket office and picking us up. The room was beautiful looking over the pool and very comfortable. Adelle on reception spoke some English and gave us great tour guide tips on what and where to go on the mountain. The food was difficult as no translation in English but once we pointed this out they said they would do this to make it easier with a few western style Chinese dishes for the future. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and will come back to stay 5* service and location :)

预订时候看图觉得民宿条件应该还可以，本来也没有太在意，结果到了发现人家装修的要比图片上还要奢华，完全是结合了地形地貌进行的设计，与周围景物很协调，完全融入了周围环境的感觉，房间内也是设计非常贴心，住着特别的舒服。

不和其他游客走一样的行程。从杨家界这边上森林公园的亲们强烈推荐住在涧外。距离清风峡很近。而且日式的酒店风格和其他民宿差别很大。很舒适，适合度假。尤其酒店的管家团队服务太棒啦，下次来张家界还会选择这里。管家小谢管家负责统筹，有个戴眼镜的小哥哥和罗管家负责内务和接送什么的，还有一个小哥哥负责餐饮的，都很棒！还有哦，可以加床。亲们放心。可惜手机相片刚好存硬盘了，不然会有更好的照片分享。
