酒店外观一般，但内部设施真的不错，很愉快的一次住宿体验，设施齐全，环境卫生超赞，最喜欢它的卫生间，还有前台服务态度很好，值得推荐给大家！

有老鼠的客栈 真的是第一次遇到 希望酒店注意防鼠灭鼠。价格在十一期间也比较公道 酒店工作人员态度很好，有好有坏吧

屋里仅有几个灯，窗户外是墙，房间开着灯也每天黑的，房间潮湿的特别厉害，空调机声音特别大，不开潮湿的，开着吵死，卫生间房顶漏水，有蟑螂，总之一般

卫生整洁，有停车场，还有洗衣机可以洗衣服，这个是很多酒店没有具备的，很亲情很周到，累了还有按摩椅，擦鞋器，虽然这些要收费，但想得很周到。

房间很大，电视也很好台很多，门口有停车地方，不过边上围起来了，可以停6-7辆车，缺点是下午5点半才有热水洗澡，半夜就停了，而且热水流量小，离张家界景区得打车10元或坐公交2元，半小时一趟，房间中央空调声音太大，房间只有两个窗前两个小射灯和走廊灯亮，其它不好用，房间晚上太暗，总的来说入住还是愉快的。
