订的云梦院，因检修升到凤凰这边。
虽然临近春节，但服务人员较多，服务态度也很好，尤其是前台小姐姐，比较热情，能妥善处理问题，一些景区方面的问题也能热情解答。
碧桂园酒店这边比较安静，房间很大，设施比较完善，景色很好。
早餐种类中等，味道尚可，服务人员比较多，也比较热情。

酒店环境优美，西餐厅服务员晏可昕，张祥平，石琴，凌梅，汪雪辉服务态度超级好。西餐厅的音乐很动听，饮食质量很好。这次旅行很开心；期待下一次。

酒店处于碧桂园独立开发的度假区内，同类型的酒店有几家，因此随机选择了云梦院，环境及卫生尚好，早餐时间由于接了旅行团，由于集中用餐有点乱轰轰，服务人员及餐食严重赶不上节奏，原续住计划因此取消了。

非常感谢雷周前台和其安前台，总是热心帮忙，还给我们最好的房间，免费的车送到大路很方便去各景点，饭店比外面便宜，下次还是来这里住

酒店虽然偏一点，但是，环境很好，安静、安全。比较适合爬山回来以后休息。服务超级赞哦。特别要感谢酒店的陈依女士，因为自己在治疗，随身携带的针水需要冷藏，陈依女士和酒店服务人员为我们房间加了小冰箱方便用品存放。非常感谢??
