设施太差！酒店的水质特别脏，烧完的开水是浑浊的！地毯脏，衣柜门是坏的，卫生间地面铺贴不合理，洗完澡满地都是水排不走。最可笑的是我到现在退房都快8何小时了，系统显示我的房还没被酒店确认入住，导致现在我的担保金还退不了……
