很不错，环境舒服，卫生很干净，服务态度很好，房间挺大的，有24小时空调开放，5楼自助餐厅品种很多，吃的很饱，值得推荐

华美达周边环境不错，有个义乌商贸城在旁边里面有很多小吃店，而且酒店房间卫生很干净，有独立的冷暖空调，五楼的自助早餐品种很多.真心推荐华美达，我下次过来还是会选择华美达

酒店防疫措施还是挺到位的，估计是国际品牌的硬性要求，大堂有热饮，服务挺贴心，早餐不错，说个人感觉：张家界的华美达要比其他城市华美达感觉要好些

酒店位于张家界东收费站下高速不远，自驾游踏青很方便！ 和长沙的华美达一样的国际连锁品牌店。很喜欢华美达连锁酒店这种共有的温馨而且不失大气的感觉！早餐挺棒，品种很丰富。必须给赞！！

没有在景区附近，距天门山索道将近10公里，在网上看到这个酒店评价很好的，所以放弃了天门山附近的酒店，这个酒店性价比很高的，早餐还是多丰富的，到酒店的时候服务员还送我们两盒酸奶，两块饼干，点赞！点赞！床睡着舒服！

从四川广安参观邓爷爷故里赶来，天已黑，选择入住华美达，就在高速口附近方便。负责安排停车的大叔热情细心，大堂经理帅哥帮忙把行李送到房间，享受了贵宾级别的服务。房间干净，床品舒服，早餐丰富味道好，停车方便车位多。值得推荐。
