酒店非常不错，有接送机服务，房间干净，房间门口有小院子，很舒服。主要是景色美，在他家平台上可以看天门山，可以看飞机起降，早餐也比较丰富，中午吃了个小炒肉盖饭，味道很好，有湖南特色，跟别的地方不一样，总之很推荐，下次再来。

住的特别舒服，山庄很大有很多免费的娱乐项目，吃饭住宿都不贵真的是太值了，管家还安排了免费接机，知道我们要赶时间很早就给我们准备了早餐。

优点，客寨餐饮方便，风景优美，离机场近，内部环境优美，设施齐全，有观景平台，游乐园等等，客寨的工作人员会接送机，也可以帮忙送到市区或者景区入口，这一点要特别好评。
缺点，酒店离市区比较远，从市区打车到酒店要二十元左右。而且房间设施里面有写带洗衣机，实际上并没有，而是公共洗衣房，只有部分房间有洗衣机，希望酒店更正信息
