酒店服务员没有服务意识，白天女服务员爱理不理你的，住进房间想洗澡，一滴热水都没有，说用完了，空调也不开，还那么贵，住这里就跟住50块钱的宾馆一样。

公正的说：这是我见过的最糟糕的一家酒店，跟旁边的逸臣不是一家了，服务态度很差！
原因如下:1、无法上网，找服务台和前台居然直接推了，告诉我她们前台能用。最可气的是，居然告诉我，这也不是他们的问题！
2、热水壶居然没有，幸好还有一位男性服务员管事，给了我一个；
3、空调风力不够，不知道是设备原因还是酒店设置了，温度调到最低也没用；
