住了7天，环境很好，早餐种类蛮多的，店长很热情帮我们升级了房间。周边交通很方便，对面就是梅尼超市，走几步就到布溪街了。

酒店的评分虚高，或许是被刷手刷上去的，酒店每天都是接待旅游团，对我们这些散客就爱理不理的，服务很差；刚进房间，没有纸巾，牙膏牙刷洗发水沐浴乳都没有，打电话给服务台居然说是不配备的，态度也相当恶劣，房间的隔音非常差，窗都紧闭这还是听到外面的噪音，不是一般的大；保洁员也不敲房门就进入房间，第一次遇到这么随便的酒店，顾客的隐身何在？可以说根本没有尊重顾客，只当顾客是水鱼！床单非常脏，在地上拿起来就往房间里换。总的来说就是差，服务差，卫生差，酒店差，态度更差！出来游玩既然订了这个价位的酒店都是希望是安心舒适的酒店！希望广大朋友慎重考虑，不是水军，订房请慎重！

①酒店:主要是想体验一下土家阁楼，选了这一家！还不错，总体很满意！！房间干净卫生，陈设古朴！
②出行:交通方便，在主干道，去武陵源标志门、去汽车站打的不打表都是10元，打滴滴6元！！！！
！从汽车站乘中巴去大峡谷玻璃桥11元/人，路程40分钟，上车买票，回程一样！！！！！
③服务:早上去大峡谷玻璃桥，早早退房，行李寄存在前台，洗的衣服凉在楼顶。中午从玻璃桥游完回来，直接在店门口下车，取衣服(已经干了)，拿行李，在店家小天井休息了1个多小时，14:30出门去汽车站乘15:00从武陵源到凤凰古镇的车！！！
地理位置很好，公共休息区很赞！
