前台业务能力不行 办理一个客人入住要将近五分钟 而且面无表情 第一次遇见工作这么没效率的前台 而且不知道先来后到的道理 不知道帮先到的客人办理？还是只要谁不讲素质 不要脸往前蹭 就先帮谁办理？前台这点职业素养没有？当天刚从景点回来比较累，所以急着进房休息。客房工作人员很礼貌，酒店设施，位置，环境等都不错。但是，前台人员是酒店的门脸啊！哎……
