酒店管理很好，我们从吉首过来，晚上又下雨，总台一位利福塔服务员对我们一家很热情，晚上还有楼层一位大姐敲门送牛奶，那笑容很迷人，很有亲切感，住映山红酒店让我们感觉到家的感觉。

酒店位置很好，有停车场，早餐比较丰富。新建的酒店，高端大气，卫生好，服务优质，酒店自有西餐厅，中餐厅，还有浓郁地方特色风味的风味餐厅。我们在风味餐厅吃饭的，味道好，价格实惠，服务很好??，另外还给我们每人送了一份水果哦。总之就是好好好！

酒店应该没有开业很久，设施比较新，是一个楼盘的门面，早餐丰富，停车方便，不在闹市区所以周围没有什么吃饭的地方，走了很远才找到一家吃筒子骨的，味道很不错

酒店装修品质非常好，应该是桑植最好的酒店之一，价格实惠，房间干净，隔音好，入住当晚客房阿姨送来一杯睡前热牛奶着实让我有点小感动和惊喜，前台小姐姐和小哥哥亲切 热情，退房后还回电提醒告知张家界地区当天有雨注意携带雨具，入住体验非常棒，强烈推荐到桑植旅行的朋友选择入住映山红酒店。
