碧桂园度假别墅酒店环境好，早餐很丰盛，尤其是酒店一楼康辉旅行社参加的3日游，行程安排的非常合理，导游张胜兰服务热情、态度好。这次旅行玩的很开心。

不方便，酒店位于武陵源风景区内，隔壁就是森林公园，但是306省道修路，非常不方便出入；别墅区，是另外的大厅，办理入住就在别墅区大门口，与酒店大厅隔离开了，别墅区里面环境没得说，看下图就知道…但也仅仅是外部环境不错，里面的装修及卫生可不太满意，甚至大失所望！我住的三卧房，别墅总共三层，开门进房就是二楼，是客厅，忘记拍图了，一楼，居然是卧室，有种睡地下室的感觉，被子有些潮，压抑，一间大床一间标间，三楼算是主卧吧，稍微好一些！总体来说别墅房间还是不太满意，网上价格一千五百多，不值这个价格，其实装修只要按照酒店那边房间来布置还是很不错的，失望！
