体验真心差，拍照与实际不符就算了，晚上凌晨阳台外面还有老鼠叫的声音，当天下午订房，第二天早上八点不到就有人拿卡开门搞卫生，请问不知道客人没退房？不是我在里面反锁了，就直接进来了？真的气死人。中午十二点前退房，你们客栈保洁阿姨八点就催人退房搞卫生？还不敲门，直接拿卡开门？有点素质道德好嘛？

性价比很高的酒店，就在宝峰湖景区大门口，由于下雨，前台客服说订的一楼有点潮，直接免费升级到了三楼，酒店有自己的停车场，门口有2路公交车直达标志门，2路还可以直接坐到汽车站转森林公园专线，很是方便！值得推荐，另外，门口的下三锅也很赞

楼下吃饭不敢恭维，有早餐券但没早餐吃很无语，我们可是七点多下来的，竟然……唉！开发票需要加钱头一次遇到，毕竟是私人旅馆，服务质量真的是跟不上。计划4天的张家界之旅，不能应为住宿影响了心情，果断退房换另一家。

在艺龙上选了很久，才选择这家客栈，果然选对了。五天四夜的行程，享受到了星级服务：老板免费帮我们升级到了最好最贵的阳台大床房、楼下的饭店老板很热情、还有泡脚按摩等配套服务、推荐的导游张导也是一个开朗细致的大美女，这样的客栈真可谓是精品，媲美星级酒店。！
