酒店前台服务及楼层客服的服务态度认真负责，都很有亲和力，主动打招呼、微笑接待、很热情而且有耐心。酒店的环境位置非常不错，出门附近就有公交车站，酒店也可以代叫车的服务，周边出行交通都很方便。

卫生打扫???很不干净。因为晚上到酒店，太累了就没有看房，就去吃饭了，到睡觉的时候才看见照片上的东西，应该是唇膏??红，面盆里面也有。退房的时候我告诉了前台。
