宾馆硬件、软件均较好！地址就在张家界森林公园入口500米处，宾馆餐饮价格合理，味道不错，比酒店外面的餐厅好太多。推荐！

免费接机，接机师傅热情，酒店每个工作人员都尽职，早餐，晚餐在酒店吃，还不错。就是建议房间放上2瓶矿泉水，没多少钱，进房间现烧水不解近渴。

地理位置优越，靠近国家森林公园大门600米，酒店设施比较老旧，以前为疗养所！建筑风格为中式，内有中式园林也不错。早餐比较简单.

严重不推荐，酒店餐厅奇差，点菜后菜全都上到别的桌，全餐厅的人都没有菜吃，乱成一锅粥。退房等了二十分钟，一问，说服务员吃东西忘了查房。真是无语到家了，四星不知道是怎么评上的。
