这次的入住体验非常好：尤其是管家式的服务，让我们的游玩、出行、餐饮都非常顺畅；酒店针对我们是游客的特点，自备了景点地图给我们讲解，优化了我们的游玩线路；酒店也非常的贴心，帮我们的房间进行了升级，使我们更好地体验了湘西之恋的酒店文化。

非常好的一次入住
地点就在武陵源汽车站旁边，方便快捷
设施很完备，也很干净
服务人员热情周到
唯一美中不足的是淋浴房有些小，卫生间的空间浪费了

看了评价才选这家酒店的 确实服务态度一流 连住3⃣️晚每天水果加甜点 隔壁就是武陵汽车站 去张家界市中心 凤凰古城都可以 我们晚上7点的飞机 跟前台商量后同意延迟点退房 谢谢 出行我们都是滴滴 方便也便宜 回去先乘小巴到张家界 然后滴滴去机场的 稍许提个建议早餐确实有待提高
