客栈的服务是最好的一面，尤其是行程设计和全程接待等。房间的布置和设施设备都很整洁干净。位置也很好，交通便利，位于武陵源核心景区城区正中间，吃的逛的都不用担心。

非常好的入住体验，房间干净整洁，能拍照的地方也很多，楼顶还有夜景看。服务很好，很热情，有专门的管家会根据我们的时间合理帮忙设计游玩线路，前台卖的随身手机导游卡很实惠，价格不贵但很实用，每到一个景点都有播报景点典故。
