门锁还是坏的,价格和里面的设施不符合,连四星级的标准都达不到,房间的设施很差,到酒店前台的时候人家和我说是100多块钱,但是我订的是300多块钱,如果是100多块钱的话里面的设施还比较符合,但是300多就很贵了,我都感觉给我安排的都是不好的房间,反正我下次不会去住了.

酒店是当地有名的老酒店了。员工都很有优越感，这本来是件好事，但对客服务不是显示所谓优越性的时候。酒店的硬件不能完全代表一个酒店的形象，更何况是老资格的酒店。作为老牌酒店在待客服务上更应该是新型酒店的楷模，而不是在客人面前摆出爱住不住店大欺客的态度

酒店的装修过于老化了，作为一家四星级的酒店最起码空调应该是很好用的！因为湖南很热的呀！

不错的酒店，虽然位置目前还不是最佳，但服务人员热情周到，朋友感冒后，打电话到服务台，服务人员还特意冒雨外出买感冒药回来，亲自送上热水服药，表扬！
