酒店地方好找，方便停车，房间干净整洁，服务热情。按规定酒店应该是在中午之后才能正常办理当天入住，可我们自驾来的，大清早就到了酒店，酒店积极帮忙协调，我们在餐厅吃了个早餐后房间卫生就赶出来了，非常感谢！这么划算的价格居然能有超值的服务，太棒啦！

环境感觉很好，里面有竹园很漂亮，性价比很不错，逛溪步老街也很近。房间安静，服务热情，设施不错。免费提供中西自助早餐，品种挺多，口味也不错。最方便的是酒店的每个地方都有无线网络，会推荐给想来张家界旅游朋友们
