装修很新，洗手间感觉好，洗澡特别好洗，房间稍小，空调很强劲，但不能调节温度，有低中高三档，最低档睡觉仍感觉冷。路边房间早上太吵。

网上写的是四星级酒店，可实际我去了，也问过服务台，该酒店只是三星级的，而且早餐也不是很如意。

酒店位于张家界市政协大院内，位置较好。房间设施虽然有些陈旧，但比较干净卫生，服务态度也不错。不足的是早餐时间到九点结束，对于早上不赶时间的人来说嫌早了点。比如我们就没赶上吃早餐。不过还好出了酒店往右走不了几分钟就有一些小吃店，米粉、馄饨、豆浆等很齐全。
