来张家界先碧桂园、再青和锦江、最后凯天国际大酒店，这是由奢入简的节奏吗？硬件、餐饮水平从高到低。这样评价也许对凯天不公平，毕竟四星对五星级，其价格只是前二者的一半。缺点：1、床潮湿，床品旧，睡觉不舒服。2、旅游团太多，吵闹。3、Wifi信号不好。4、下午16：00后才供应空调和热水。5、房间瓶装水、洗漱品另行收费。优点：1、位置好，离景区近。2、洗脸盆没有品牌，但是白色瓷质很光滑，不挂脏。

酒店不提供一次性物品，连沐浴露都没有，Wi-Fi根本连不上，基本就是摆看的，停车场师傅还乱收费，服务态度极差，问他们Wi-Fi为什么连不上，竟然还怪人多，还说不是他们的问题，是我们人太多！我也是醉了！而且餐厅的早餐很咸，种类少得不得了，一点都不好吃！十分不推荐这家酒店！
