酒店位于碧桂园度假区内，环境非常棒，山清水秀，鸟语花香，下雨天还能看到云雾环绕，停车也很方便，去张家界森林公园也很近。酒店里面的设施算一般吧，门不隔音，走廊也没铺地毯，所以早上五六点总能听到旅游团集体出发走路喊人的声音。另外浴室的干湿分离做的也不好，地面积水出不去，叫了保洁，说我们在房间等着呢，半天也没人来，最后水到第二天才干，踩的房间的地面也湿哒哒的。

酒店位置偏僻，吃饭也不方便。除非自驾，不然不太推荐。环境确实很好，游泳池要去旁边凤凰酒店的，需要买票，并且泳池带孩子的话只让在0.9米的地方游，非常不合理，即使大人陪同也不行。整体来说住宿体验一般。

定的房间不含早餐，但看过就餐环境，感觉还不错。每个房间都有单独的阳台且有晾衣架，适合家庭旅游，楼下还有小孩游乐园，孩子特别喜欢。房间也干净，酒店比较新
