酒店位置好找，离市区只有几分钟路程，停车场很大方便停车，酒店大堂高端上档次，前台小姐姐服务热情，楼层、房间卫生干净整洁，还配有免费的矿泉水，24小时空调热水wifi，让人有种宾至如归的感觉，值得推荐！

酒店的空调效果很好，对于夏天来说真的离不开空调，房间卫生干净，很舒适，空间很大，早餐很不错，米粉有本地特色。再说一下前台的小姐姐们服务热情，很棒的体验。

住了三天 前台服务人员很不错 建议加强一下客房人员培训 第二天一个短发的阿姨要求换被单窗台的时候一直在说昨天已经换过了今天还要换吗 这种让人觉得很不舒服 送了三天早餐 但没有一天起来去吃的 张家界不大 这位置很好 去十字街景区打车都很方便
