张家界铂尔曼酒店真的是此次出行的宝藏选择！做了不少攻略对比后敲定这里，位置优势太突出了，离景区核心的东门出入口超近，出行逛景区特别方便。酒店门口就有热闹的夜市，旁边是魅力湘西，对面的筷乐湘西餐厅性价比也很高，吃住行都超赞。
入住体验更是远超预期，特别感谢前台（也许不是前台）全能的Jerry，不仅为我们详细规划了行程，还会根据我们的时间实时调整，细致又贴心。
酒店的早餐品类丰盛，口味也不错，能好好开启一天的行程。

Highly recommended for 3 nights stay. Concierge Ivan provided top notch services, he planned 3 days itinerary catering to our energy levels, patient explanation, helped buy show tickets and bo9ked on line admissions to national parks. Hotel room is comfortable, clean, good breakfast

While the hotel feels a bit dated, it’s very well maintained and just a 15-minute walk from the park entrance. The staff were friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant is somewhat expensive, but the food was delicious and high quality

Amazing stay!
The location is perfect—right next to a lively main street full of street vendors, and only a few steps away from an incredible show and a beautiful park. They kindly upgraded our room, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.

The concierge service was amazing. They were all very helpful, in particular Ivan, and spent time giving us sound advice on where to go, timing etc and also helped us book entrance tickets since we are here on our own, without a tour guide/ group.
