服务是硬伤，前台态度太差，爱理不理的，办理入住的时候就不让人不爽！结果走的时候晾晒衣服掉到二楼平台，打电话给客房部，不情愿的派人去拿，看见工作人员去看了下就没有下文了。过了20分钟直接去前台结账退房，反映给前台，她问过了回复通往平台的玻璃门坏了打不开，需要工程部维修，因为我要离店，就说衣服邮寄给我，今天快递到了，竟然是到付！！！简直太没有下限了！今天头条又看到厦门铂尔曼凌晨两点走错房事件，我只能说铂尔曼，永远不见！
