Pullman Hotel is located next to 魅力湘西大剧院.
Hotel has swimming pool and gym. Room is clean with comfortable beds and nice view of the mountains. Room has openable balcony. Pleasant environment. Many restaurants opposite the hotel.
Front Office Manager Lee is very nice person and will try his best to fulfil guests’ needs. Excellent service from Manager Lee.
I have enjoyed my stay at Pullman Zhangjiajie and will definitely come back to stay again.

酒店设计很度假，让我一下子感到到了三亚一般，心情马上升了几个级别。
现在不是旺季，我们九点到的时候直接给到我们入住，并且升级到了行政房，虽然不知道行政楼层有啥区别，不过房间里是一点烟味都没有，要知道在小地方的酒店还不是全部禁烟的。窗下就是游泳池，晚上还真有老外会游泳。
这里的住客除了我们这样的散客，还有很多外国人旅行团，每晚都有大巴过来。
唯一美中不足的是早餐，有个别的真的不好吃，包括芝士和巧克力丹麦都不好吃。连住两天，早餐品种变化很少。也许我要求比较高吧，总觉得美食是旅行中不可或缺的重要部分。
其他都完美！在礼宾部还定了门票和演出票，比OTA平台便宜很多，墙裂推荐。

We booked 2 rooms and both rooms were upgraded to a suite. The suite is big and has a rather big living room. the staff are friendly and helpful.
Hotel is near to ZhangJiaJie National Park East Gate and there are good restaurants nearby.
