总体还是很满意的，房间挺舒服，就是大床房床太小，衣柜的灯会自娱自乐一会开，一会关，另外最不能接受的是住了三天，三顿早饭都没有牛奶……

这是我住过的所谓的四星级酒店最差，价格偏高，设施老旧，房间有线电视没有，空调设备不开暖气，今天又下着雨，温度那么低，作为星级酒店，为了省电费，白天不开空调，晚上服务员说要根据入住率再开空调，这个星级酒店是怎么评的呢？当地旅游局对该酒店是怎么管理的了，在网上看到那么多差评，我本来不相信，以为是同行竞争故意写的恶评，住进来才知道有多么让人气愤！不知道该酒店的管理是怎么做的，四星级的标准规范是怎么学的，接团队的生意，就可以乱来吗？
