非常好的酒店，房间大，设施全，住的很舒服，虽然价格贵了点，但是一分钱一分货，张家界那里比较潮湿，周围一百多的小旅馆屋子里潮得很，这家房间里就很舒服。

中午11点到前台，前台告诉没接到预订通知，给看手机上艺龙的预订订单也不行，还告诉就是有订单也要等到下午13:00以后才可以办理入住，要我们等2个小时，有这样对待客人的吗？好像是在打发要饭的。床单给人感觉不干净，天气15度，居然不给空调。
