强盗酒店，因本人身体原因，提前十二天提出退款也不同意，说什么有规定，规矩是人定的就不能变通吗？通过此事无论是同程还是这家黑店，都令我失望，尤其是同程，毕竟我是通过你们们购买的，连这样的事情都不能有个完美的解决方案，枉我信任你们这么多年，亏损的598元的房费赏给你们这个不讲道理黑店及令我失望的同程吧！再见
