住过这么多酒店这是最差的，没有之一，作为一个高档酒店没有牙膏牙刷，没有牙膏牙刷我都忍了居然连洗头的和洗澡的都没有。打电话到前台问说是区里规定这里所有酒店都没有洗漱用品，但是有套装可以花钱使用。酒店房间连矿泉水都没有，还谈什么所谓的四星，连快捷酒店都不如，第二天换了七天人家什么都有。

跟着导航走的，结果武陵源大修路，又返回走高速，白白浪费2个小时。酒店的设施比较陈旧，就比如电梯，关门速度非常快，而且感应不灵敏，我儿子刚好进去门准备关，竟然没感应到把孩子头夹了下…而且电梯嘎吱嘎吱的响…感觉比较久了…房间内床的舒适度有待提高，枕头偏矮，电视有雪花不清楚。没有免费的矿泉水。小冰箱打开一股辣鱼的味道，毛绒地板很脏，马桶上面还放了用饮料瓶装的洁厕液，如果小孩不知道喝下去后果不堪设想…早餐的话太难吃，勺子是一次性重复用的！！！就那种白色的勺子上面油腻腻的！非常恶心！稀饭泡菜大盆放着太没食欲…反正这家店前台还行，就是卫生和饮食不太乐观，感觉纯是招旅游团的，来一次不再来那种。
