住了两晚上，工作人员服务热心，周到，能想到的都会帮助解释，特别上心，一个人旅行张家界不跟团很容易无从下手，因为景点太多不是一天能逛过来的，需要精心设计路线，酒店工作人员给了很好的建议，非常感谢！

位置很好，淡季客人少我能停车，不知道客人多了能不能有位置，距离景区很近，旁边就是商业街，位置很好，帮我订票细心介绍服务到位。公共部分装修装饰较有特色，房间内也比较温馨舒适。

房间装修很独特，门口虽小，进去别有洞天，确实很惊喜，流水小鱼，从大城市过来就要住这种风格，可以免费在大厅茶吧喝茶看电影，就算不出去都能在这里呆一天，开放式厨房解决在外吃不习惯的问题，真的就像家一样，住了都不想走了，不错的选择，下次来张家界还住索溪山居·禅境
