首先客栈的位置非常好，就在溪布老街入口，晚上特别热闹，离标志们景区走路过去也就10多分钟，出行很方便，客栈有提供特色的管家是小阿妹，人甜美热情，湘西人特别热情好客，人也长的特别有气质漂亮，还有每天都会给客人提供新鲜的水果，非常贴心，总归超出五分好评！如果每次旅行都可以选择到这样一家客栈，那么出行必将是一件充满温暖的旅行，下次有朋友过来张家界玩，我会推荐索溪山居，离开客栈时，小阿妹会送上车，真的炒鸡贴心。让我一直留恋不舍。。。

这次来张家界一共住了三家不同的酒店，这个是让我感觉最满意，最舒心的一家，从进门，到房间，再到行李托运，甚至到打扫卫生的阿姨，全都是对客人无微不至的关心，让你完全能有家的感觉，而不是身在异乡的感觉！在加上酒店高性价比的价格堪称完美，让我本次张家界之旅更加完美

年近80的父母一直非常向往张家界的美景，无奈我们子女无法陪同前往，十分担心。浏览了大量的酒店资料和评价，综合考虑，加上和前台沟通，最后选定了这家栈。结果的确不负所望，酒店位置十分方便，前台服务耐心细致，为了让老人休息好，还特别免费升级为套房。非常感谢！

房间布置风格简约有特色，但布局不太合理，洗手间与洗澡间、卫生间、卧室采用的玻璃隔断，一层薄纱帘，一览无余，毫无朦雾美可言！且干湿处理不好，浸水易滑
