作为休闲旅游的地方还是不错的空气清新环境也好在这里度假还是不错的虽然设施陈旧一些服务也有较大的提升空间还是值得小住一两晚的.

优：自然环境好，安静，原生态，适合一家周末度假。
缺：冬天房间没供暖，温泉只能说差（差在哪里就不想再多说了），服务一般，对不起这个价

这观星阁太亏了，早知就订个便宜点的其它房可能也好。天窗打开看到的是树叶，可能那树太长时间没修剪了，但那天天气多云也看不到星星，也就罢了，可是天窗的帘子关不严，一早天亮就开始刺眼，影响睡眠；外面的环境还是不错的。

之前其實已經上網睇過評價但冇諗過去到真係咁差山上活動.如激流已經荒廢不能玩温泉只有14個池有水我們一去到浸了一個算是暖水的池之後有一家人好嬲走來說已問服務員我們浸的温泉已經是最熱的(大約40度)浸浴缸水仲熱過佢..真的有問題..肯好全包門票但算回港元差不多一千元一晚..貴..如果只是入內參觀和温泉是大約250人民幣..真的不值去

盘龙峡天堂度假酒店完全骗人，房间标双充豪双，溫泉设施极差，服务人员态度恶劣，连携程都被骗，差，差，差……

虽然酒店位于景区里面，位置优越，环境一流，但一些硬件设施已略嫌陈旧需要维修，服务方面还需改进，性价比唔高！
